Garlic Prawns
A classic Spanish dish bursting with flavor, quick and easy to prepare. The prawns are cooked in an aromatic oil infused with garlic, chili, and parsley, creating a delicious sauce perfect for dipping bread.

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw prawns
- 6 garlic clove
- 1 dried red chili
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.25 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and chili and cook, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, but not burnt (about 30 seconds).
- Add the prawns to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are pink and cooked through (about 2-3 minutes).
- Pour in the white wine and cook for another minute, until the alcohol has reduced slightly.
- Remove the skillet from the heat, add the chopped parsley and stir to combine.
- Serve the garlic prawns immediately with crusty bread for dipping in the delicious sauce.
